Denied again in 2008 for Tourist Visa We moved on and established BRIGHT LIFE MONTESSORI ACADEMY INC.: We offer Preschool & Grades 1 to 10 Our Timeline: Dec. 15, 2021: Medical Jan 21: LOA Acsenda School of Management--if recommended by Ralph ang bilis ng LOA Feb 7 NIGHT TIME: Lodged SP Application Ralph, owner of RNG Immigration & Consultancy, (our immigration lawyer) Requested for Biometrics exemption (No Biometrics as tourists) Feb 16: PPR Request Ecclesiastes 3:1: "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven." Answers to prayers depend on how we ask for it, likewise, if it is best for us...Heavenly Father knows what's best for us 😍🤗 Major Red Flags: -Our family of 5 had been in Canada (kids are 20, 18 & 11) since Oct 19th as tourists&application was lodged in Canada: The VO for sure is not satisfied that I will leave Canada -No NBI, we have a business sa Pinas, kaya my last was the old NBI na green 2008 pa (Ralph wrote na we will provide if requested ni VO) -No Bank Statements, Bank Certs only I am Magna Cum Laude graduate- Communication Research from UP Diliman, I do a lot of research but Ralph is always firm. He knows what he is doing. We prayed and fasted if he is the right person to lodge our application with. The answer is yes. We met another immigration lawyer and she has another easiest way and with lower fees but we still chose Ralph & RNG Immigration Consultancy. It was spiritually touching when he prayed for my application before lodging it. He checks every single detail and he is really on top of it. Thank you Ralph Guerra of RNG Immigration Consultancy. Sir Ralph was such a big help in fulfilling my goal, which is to become a resident here in Canada. I was already losing hope to be able to get my PR when my application got denied but a family friend introduced me to RNG Immigration and in just less than 6 months I become a Permanent Resident of Canada. ​ I applied for Permanent Residency (PR) by myself and it got rejected due to improper documentation. When my PR got rejected I was left with only 3 months of work permit. I was in big confusion and high pressure at that time about my future in Canada. Later through one of my friend, I met Ralph and explained my situation. In first meeting Ralph spent enough time to understand my case in-detail and given me assurance that I will get PR. Later I started my application processing with Ralph. I used to ask him so many questions, he always answered them patiently with great details. After couple of months I got express entry invitation and Ralph applied PR. Though second time everything was perfect, I was little tensed because of initial refusal, but to my surprise I got approval in less than 3 months as Ralph filed application very perfect.
