    Ralph Guerra is the founder and Director of RNG Immigration Consultancy Ltd based in New Westminster, British Columbia. He has been an RCIC since 2014 and became RCIC-IRB in 2022. Ralph was born in Pasay City Philippines and migrated to Canada in May 2010 with his family. Ralph Guerra took and completed his Bachelor Degree major in Political Science in Adamson University in the Philippines. He also took up Law Proper at Far Easter University in Manila. In June 2014, he completed his Immigration Consultancy Program at Ashton College and passed the RCIC Licensure exams in September of the same year.

    Today, as an RCIC-IRB, he represents clients at ID and IAD hearings. He and his team of RCIC’s at RNG Immigration Consultancy Ltd provides various Immigration Services such as Permanent Residence application, Study Permit application, LMIA, Work Permit, PNP and Sponsorship applications. He is a current Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants Director for Membership. He is also currently engaged in providing Immigration advice and assistance to abused temporary foreign workers Pro-Bono as well as helping religious organization sponsor refugees to Canada.

    Nolisa has 20 years of Business Management experience in her field. She graduated from Philippine Normal University as a Bachelor of Science in Education Major in Mathematics in 1990. She also studied in Brighton College in British Columbia Canada and graduated with Diploma in Computerized Accounting.

    She is currently holding a position as the Office Manager in RNG Immigration Consultancy Ltd. since 2015

    She is a former investment banker having served in a senior managerial capacity with a large banking group prior to her present position. And through her own experience as an international student that was actively involved in student leadership, she has gained extensive experience in the area of student counseling and management. Sally continues to actively contribute much of her spare time giving advice and mentoring international students on program pathway and Canadian immigration processes.

    She was an active advocate for women in further studies through her contribution and efforts in promoting further education for the marginalized and underrepresented minority when she was promoting a MBA program for a Women's Institution of Management before immigrating to Canada.

    Sally not only brings a unique blend of corporate and mentoring experience into her profession but her personal experience in immigration is an asset too. She immigrated to Canada with her family several years ago under the Federal Skilled Worker Class Immigration Program. Therefore, she is well familiar with the challenges that may confront Canadian immigration applicants.  Sally remains a friendly and an approachable person to work with. She is multilingual, in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Taiwanese, Malaysian and some Indonesian.

    Michele is a registered member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta, Certificate in Coaching to Leadership from Royal Roads University and is a grfrom UBC’s Certificate in Immigration: Law, Policies and Procedures Program. Michele has extensive experience in managing and dealing with government processes, staffing, recruitment and workforce planning. Michele is dedicated to the highest level of professionalism and all clients can expect detail-oriented service with strict confidentiality and integrity.
